Vegas Vacation

Bovada poker players Vegas

I have just arrived back from my week-long odyssey in Las Vegas for the World Series of Poker, and it was an absolute blast. 57 Bovada players qualified for the Main Event and it was our job to make sure they all had an unforgettable experience in Vegas, and I think we delivered in spades (and clubs, diamonds and hearts).

I touched down in Vegas on Thursday morning and immediately headed to the Palms where we had rented out the Kingpin Suite, complete with bar, pool table and 2 regulation size bowling lanes (a must-have for all Vegas suites). Our concept for the suite was “The Manliest Mancave” and while the suite was certainly decked out, we had to add our own Bovada twist and about 10 arcade and pinball machines were delivered to the room to ensure our players would have a wide variety of things to do if bowling wasn’t their thing. After working till the wee hours of the morning getting all of our signs put up, bar stocked and arcade machines set up we retired for the evening to make sure we were fresh for the arrival of our players the next day.

Stay tuned to the blog for my next installment when I discuss everything that went down in Vegas, including how our players did in The Main Event.
