Poker Bowl Recap

Congratulations to the NFC North! The Poker Bowl Finals came down to the wire and in the end, it was the No. 3 seed NFC North who upset the No.1 seed NFC west by a razor-thin margin of 1.43 to 1.35.
 
All players who completed the weekly objective and earned 300 Poker Points scored a $35 cash bonus.
 
With their Poker Bowl victory, everyone on the NFC North team wins an entry into the $20K Super Bowl Freeroll on January 2, 2015 at 9:05 PM ET. The winner of that tournament will  score the $15K Super Bowl Prize Package, while the remaining $5,000 will be paid out to places 2-9.
 
With the Poker Bowl wrapping up, we would like to thank everyone who participated and wish good luck to the NFC North in their quest to reach Arizona.

Week 16 Recap 
 
The field is set for the Poker Bowl Finals! This week, in the Poker Bowl semifinals, the NFC West won their matchup with a very close score of 0.59 to 0.53 for the NFC East, while the NFC North won their matchup by a hair with a score of 0.31 to 0.30.
 
Stay tuned this week where our two winning teams, the NFC West and NFC North, will go head to head to determine which team will advance to the $20K Super Bowl Freeroll in the final match up of the Poker Bowl playoffs.
 
Remember, even if your team didn’t advance to the next round, you are still eligible to earn player rewards for the rest of the playoffs.
 
For Week 17’s objective, players must hit the felt to earn 300 Poker Points. Players who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $35 cash bonus.
 
Week 15 Recap
 
Last week, our eight seeded teams went head-to-head to kick off the first week of the Poker Bowl Playoffs. The four winning teams this week were: NFC North with 3.13 points, AFC East with 2.91 points, NFC East with 2.83 and NFC West with 2.71 points.
 
This week, there are two match-ups: the NFC West vs the NFC East, and the NFC North vs the AFC East. The two winning teams this week will face off in the finals of the Poker Bowl Playoffs but we’ll have to wait and see who will advance to the $20K Super Bowl Freeroll.
 
Remember, even if your team didn’t advance to the next round, you are still eligible to earn player rewards for the rest of the playoffs.
 
For Week 16’s objective, players must hit the felt to earn 150 Zone Poker Points. Players who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $22 tournament ticket.
 
Week 14 Recap

The Poker Bowl Playoffs kick off this week. All eight teams have been seeded based on their scores during the regular season and are now ready to go head-to-head. In the final week of the regular season, AFC East scored their second victory with 1.82 points. In second place was NFC North with a total of 1.77 points and third place went to AFC South with 1.65 points. Congratulations to the NFC West who finish the regular season atop the leaderboard with four wins.
 
Raise your game in this week’s matchup for the chance to move on to the next round. If your team doesn’t make the cut you’ll be eliminated, but will still be eligible to earn player rewards for the rest of the playoffs.

Week 13 Recap
The pressure is on with only one week to go in the Poker Bowl regular season. Last week NFC North locked down their second win with 1.66 points. AFC East came in second with 1.55 points and NFC West was in third with 1.50 points. There is only one week to go before all eight teams are seeded for the Poker Bowl Playoffs. NFC West and South are the ones to watch because they’re neck and neck at the top of the leaderboard.
 
For Week 14’s objective, players must hit the felt to earn 300 Poker Points. Players who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $33 tournament ticket.
 
Poker Bowl Week 12 Recap:
With two weeks left in the Poker Bowl regular season, we’re now well into the homestretch. Last week AFC West won for the first time with 0.17 points. In second place was NFC North with 0.12, and in third place, with 0.11 points, was AFC East. There are only two weeks left before all eight teams are seeded for the Poker Bowl Playoffs, and the NFC South and NFC West are still tight at the top of the leaderboard.
 
For Week 13’s objective, players must earn 200 Poker Points by playing in ring games, which are now available on mobile too. Players who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $25 cash bonus.

Poker Bowl Week 11 Recap: 
Last week, NFC West’s exciting 0.13 points victory put them in the lead ahead of NFC South. In second, was AFC East with 0.10 points, and hot on their heels was NFC East in third place with 0.09 points. With only three weeks before all eight teams are seeded for the Poker Bowl Playoffs, the NFC South and NFC West are neck and neck at the top of the leaderboard.
 
For Week 12’s objective, players must earn 100 Mobile Zone Poker Points. Players who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $15 cash bonus.
 
Poker Bowl Week 10 Recap: 

Last week, AFC East won for the first time with 2.97 points. NFC East came in a very close second with 2.96 points and third place went to the NFC North with 2.79. With only four weeks left in the Poker Bowl regular season, the NFC South and NFC West are tight at the top but the results are still up in the air.
 
For Week 11’s objective, players must refer a friend to Bovada. Those who meet this objective will be rewarded with a $25 cash bonus in addition to 200% of their friends’ first deposits, up to $100.
 
Poker Bowl Week 9 Recap: 

Last week NFC West carried the day with 5.20 points. NFC North was close behind in second place with 5.13 points and AFC East came in third with 5.05. The excitement is building steadily with only five weeks left in the Poker Bowl regular season and our winning team far from decided.
 
Week 10’s objective is to play in at least 10 sit-and-go tournaments with a buy-in of $5.50 or more. Players who meet their objective will receive a $5K PTS Freeroll ticket.
 
Poker Bowl Week 8 Recap: 
 
Congratulations to the AFC South, who landed their first Poker Bowl win after an exciting week of competition. They finished the week with 1.74 points, while the NFC North had 1.54 and the NFC West had 1.48. With six weeks left in the Poker Bowl regular season, the NFC South is still in the lead with a total of three wins. 
 
Week 9’s objective is to earn 75 Poker Points by playing in any ring games. Players who meet their objective will get an $11 tournament ticket, and the winning team will get the $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll ticket.

 
Poker Bowl Week 7 Recap: 
 
The NFC West has claimed their second victory after wrapping up last week with 4.67 points. The NFC East finished the week in second place with 4.37 points, and the NFC North came in third with 4.29 points. NFC South is still at the top of the leaderboard with three wins, but NFC West is only one point behind them now and there’s still plenty more action to come before the playoffs. 
 
This week’s objective is to play in 10 multi-table tournaments with buy-ins of $11 or more. Successful players will each score a $7.70 tournament ticket and a $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll for their team.
 
Poker Bowl Week 6 Recap: 

This week, the NFC West scored their first victory with 2.11 points. The NFC East was close behind in second place with a 2.07 points, while the NFC South came in third with 1.82 points. The NFC South are still leading the way with a total of three wins. The competition is certainly heating up, but with 12 weeks left to go, the outcome is still far from decided.
 
This week’s objective is to earn 150 Poker Points. Successful players will each get a $20 cash bonus and the winning team will score a $5K Pro Bowl Freerol ticket.
 
Poker Bowl Week 5 Recap: 
 
The NFC North secured their first Poker Bowl win last week after racking up 1.17 points. In second place was the NFC East with 1.11 points, and in third place was the AFC South with 1.03 . With 12 weeks of competition still ahead of us, the winner of the $20K Super Bowl Freeroll is far from decided. The NFC North and the NFC East each have one win behind them, and the NFC South leads with three.
 
This week’s objective is to earn 75 Zone Poker Points. The player reward is an $11 tournament ticket and the team reward is entry to the $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll. The Poker Bowl competition is heating up week by week, so represent your team now and land the win.
 
Poker Bowl Week 4 Recap: 
 
This week of the Poker Bowl marked an exciting victory for the NFC East team, who took the lead with a total score of 0.64, upsetting the NFC South team’s three week winning streak. Behind them in second was AFC West with a score of 0.30 and the NFC South in third place with 0.27.
 
Last week’s objective was to earn 75 Mobile Poker Points, with successful players each earning a $10 cash bonus and touchdowns for their team. Your objective this week beginning September 29 is to play in a Nightly $35K, running from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 PM ET. Your player reward is a $5K PTS Freeroll ticket and $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll tickets for the winning team. Start hitting the green to help your team score big. 
 
Poker Bowl Week 3 Recap: 
 
For the third week running, the NFC South team took the top honors in the Poker Bowl, winning the week with a total of 14.04 points. NFC East was very close behind with 13.42 points and the next closest was AFC South with 10.26 points.
 
Week 3’s objective was to earn at least 100 Poker Points, with successful players each getting a $15 cash bonus and touchdowns for their team. The NFC South team also got entry to the $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll. Your objective for the week beginning September 22 is to earn 75 Mobile Poker Points, and the player reward is a $10 cash bonus. Hit the green now to help your team score as many touchdowns as possible.  
 
Poker Bowl Week 2 Recap: 
 
Players in the NFC South team hit the green in full force again during the Poker Bowl’s second week, securing their second straight win with 2.88 points. Second place went to NFC East with 2.30 points and third place went to AFC West with 2.14 points. 
 
Week 2’s objective was to play in a $100K Qualifier and successful players each won a $5K PTS Freeroll ticket, as well as touchdowns for their team. Everyone on the winning team also got entry to the $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll. This week’s objective is to earn at least 100 Poker Points and the player reward is a $15 cash bonus. Get behind your team this week and move up the leaderboard.

Poker Bowl Week 1 Recap: 

The Poker Bowl is officially underway, with plenty of action on the green so far. The NFC South team took the early lead in the season opener, wrapping up the week with 20.02 points on the scoreboard. AFC West came in at second place (with 19.73 points) and NFC East came in just behind them in third place (with 18.96 points).
 
Last week’s objective was to earn 75 Poker Points and successful players each got a $10 cash bonus, as well as touchdowns for their team.  Everyone who was on the winning NFC South team also got entry to the $5K Pro Bowl Freeroll.  This week’s objective is to play in one of our daily $100K Qualifiers and the player reward is a $5K PTS Freeroll ticket. Register for as many $100K Qualifiers as you want under the “$100K Guaranteed” tab in the poker software and shake up the results for the week ahead.
